You might want to call your neighbourhood police to come and do
extra rounds...
I have never seen any police patrols around before .......
unlike fatumnette's estate, you see police cruisers very often
..... but that's lau goh's territory, he takes care of his own.
my mom went out to confront those ah tiongs and they scattered
..... only to regroup and come slinking back later in the night
.....
it's quite disconcerting I must admit, to have groups of ah
tiongs squatting by the pavement smoking cigarettes, rooting around
the garbage bins and eyeing all the houses .....
then there are those banglas that hang by the fences to sian the
maids .... but those are only amusing ...
